t-mobile 'to go' outside the u.s.

does a prepaid t-mobile 'to go' prepaid account work outside the u.s.  from
the tm website, it seems not.

Web site is correct in fact no roaming in the U.S. either all use must be on
T-mobile's network, but if you are on network anywhere in the U.S. then it
is not charged as roaming.

It's a paperweight outside of the US unlike foreign T-Mobile prepaid
from the UK or the Netherlands which do work outside of the home
country.
