Open a regular post-paid account (monthly bill) and pay for web access.

WAP access on ToGo accounts is restricted to the T-Zones home page and
those limited services linked directly from it. T-Mobile has not made any
arrangements for ToGo subscribers to "add" anything else.

Except by getting a pre-paid Sidekick II.

True, but the OP already has a phone and a ToGo account; so this is not
relevant to his question.
