Not sure if the issue is only with mobile.yahoo.com forms (doubt it),
but I can't beleive people are living with this bug.

When I attempt to log into yahoo mobile web mail or messenger, the A630
does not allow me to change the first digit of the user name and
password to lower case...

I called it into t-mobile and the rep who has the same phone gets the
same bug.

What this means to me is that my password has to start with an upper
case letter to be able to read web based maile from the device...

I look through the phone settup and don't see a workaround - this
appears to be one annoying bug with the phone.

Anybody know where I can send this to at Motorola to get the bug
reported - just can't believe with as many phones as now in service
that this has not been reported and fixed.

It is a Motorola bug, not TMobile...

There is a workaround... enter another character or space at begininng,
type your password, then remove (delete) first dummy character...

Thanks, I'll need to test that...  for now set my pw to all upper.

Noticing the same bug inside the wap.google.com's search field, only it
starts in lower.

Funny thing is after logging into yahoo's mobile chat with the new
upper case pw, i select login again as another user, and now the field
insist on starting with a lower case field @#!@#$!.

Motorola needs to address this ASAP, wonder how we can escalate or if
they even know it's an issue.
