So the new razr phone came yesterday, and I went to download a game
for it. Bzzzt it's a no-go.

"Error

phone is not currently supported. To find out which phones are
currently supported, please visit http://www.t-mobile.com/products."

Call customer service and spent 20 minutes with a gal pretty much
saying she didn't know. Then she tried to transfer me to someone else,
and I got disconnected. Grrr!

Just means your phone cannot download games from t-zones. Same thing happens
with my tmobile ipaq. Not all phones can get games.

Sorry!

I wandered over to the tmobile place at the mall and asked them about
it. They said that while the phone is fully capable, they haven't
configured their system yet to recognize the razr as a compatible
device.

Give it time. In the meantime go get some freebies at http://zedge.no
