Has anyone else been receiving JUNK text messages via their T-Mobile USA
accounts?  I don't have a prepaid text message plan and am now being
charged 10 cents per unsolicited JUNK mail...

Besides blocking all text messages completely, I really want to keep the
Amber Alert active if nothing else, what other suggestions do other
people have?  Should I OR Can I get TMobile to credit me for these
unsolicited JUNK emails... ?

Thanks for everyones help!

I have been receiving the same crap on my verizon mobile... and just
received a $9.99 charge on my verizon bill for it!

i called verizon and they gave me this # to stop the texts:
866.784.7712 or reply "STOP" to sms 42222.  I did both and got a reply
from the sms message stating that my account was cancelled.

their website is: www.blinko.com

does anyone know to whom i should file a complaint with regarding this
unwarranted sms spam?

thanks!

You can sue under 47 USC 227... but I got that exact same message on my T-Mo
phone. I didn't reply to it, since I don't know or trust Blinko.

If they dinged you and you didn't authorize it, you should complain to
Verizon and consider complaining to the authorities in your state and
whichever state Blinko operates. The service is run by an Italian company,
but that company does have operations in the US according to the About Blinko
page on their piece-of-crap website (which uses way too much Flash and is
usable only in Internet Explorer).

I wish I could give you an address for their US operations, but I can't find
one. I complained to them, but have not gotten a reply.
