I have an alert system that can send out a page to your phone. It can
not send e-mail. Is there a way to page my T-Mobile phone by dialing a
phone number?

Thanks!

Just program it to dial your cellphone number  When it dials your cell
number your phone will ring and the caller ID will display your home
number so you'll know you've been paged.

Yes.
If your paging system can enter lots of numbers with proper pauses.
Here's how:
Have it dial the messaging center: 1-805-MESSAGE, do a small pause and
enter your 10-digit number, that will get to your voicemail prompt
without ever ringing your phone (assuming you want to use phone for other
things as well, otherwise just dial your own number and that'll get you
right there). Pause long enough to go through your voice prompt, then
dial 5 to get to numeric paging (you should have numeric paging enabled
in vm system). Then dial the digits you want sent followed by ## (two
pound signs).

I think I got it right, but what you can do is call 1-805-MESSAGE from
landline and carefully record the sequence of things you need to dial in
order to send a page to your phone.

(remove all digits from address for e-mail reply).
