According to ZYB's website, you need "a mobile with SyncML pre-installed.
Most mobiles do have this."
Despite ZYB's claim that most, if not all, Nokias have this, only one of
my four modern Nokias has SyncML preinstalled (and it's originally an
AT&T version- none of my T-Mo Nokias include it, though a Google search
just showed me I can download it for at least one of my other Nokias.)
I fear T-Mo might intentionally leave it out because they're never
offered an only sync service. AT&T Wireless, on the other hand, did
offer a data sync service, so maybe that's why their phones had SyncML
preinstalled.
"Futhermore you will need to have a working data bearer on your mobile, i-
e. a working internet connection."
That you have with T-Zones. It's the sync software you need- perhaps
it's under a different menu option than what ZYB indicated?

To be fair, I don't think it's their responsibilty to assist customers
with third party software or websites. It's kind of like asking your car
dealer to give you directions to a restaurant, because you're using their
car to drive there!

T-Zones is your phone's internet connection- it's the only way you can
get your info to ZYB, short of mailing them your phone! ;-)
You just need the SyncML software- it's what syncs your data with ZYB.
If it's not on your phone already, perhaps it's a download available from
Motorola?

It all hinges on finding the SyncML software in your phone. Check your
owner's manual, or call T-Mo and/or Motorola and specifically ask if
SyncML is preinstalled (or if not, is it available for download) for the
T-Mo version of the V195.
Good luck!

In all liklihood TMo turned the feature off in their version of your
phone's software. But do not despair! Simply edit a single SEEM entry to
turn it back it on.
SEEM 0032_0001, Offset 62, bit 3, set to 1 (on) turns on sync item in
Connections menu.
For a comprehensive list of SEEMS see: http://xlr8.us/hofo/map.txt
I prefer Motokit for SEEM editing although there are many good editors
available - all free at www.motox.info or www.motomodders.net.
I had never heard of ZYB before but just tried using mt Motorola v3i and
it worked perfectly.

T-Mobile has disabled the GPRS settings in many of their phones,
which, sucks. If you're lucky and have a phone where you can easily
re-enable it (see the other poster's info on "SEEM edits") then you need
to do that. T-Zones is next to useless and you won't get out to the
real internet using those settings. The only other two options I know
of to get the settings changed if you can't easily re-enable the menu to
change them are: 1) over the air GPRS settings (which, I've read
T-Mobile also disabled or filters them so your phone doesn't receive
them) or 2) Flash with a standard non-branded firmware for your phone to
get rid of all the "branding" lameness.

Just check with ZYB for the following:
what originating domain do your ZYB connections come from
at the ZYB side
I get a lot of Internet connectivity issues with my t-mobile for the
following reason:
NXDOMAIN.
t-mobile US (this concerns only t-mobile US) is sending 'from'
misconfigured domains.
pic messages from my phone come from tmomail.net, a registered but not
existing domain (the registered DNS servers don't know about it: not
configured!)
... and talking to t-mobile US support:
their support email answers come from t-mobilesupport.com, also no DNS
service (NXDOMAIN).
Here is the scoop, use and DNS tools web site to verify yourself:

;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached
I cannot send anything from tmomail.net to anyone who does normal smtp
header checks (EHLO/HELO content, consistency between sener IP and
sending domain - who their sending mail server says it is)
this may also be the reason I cannot send text messages to alltel
customers
this may be the reason why ZYB does not accept the connection if it
comes from an NXDOMAIN.
