I just wrote a review of T-Mobile for the San Jose/San
Francisco/Oakland area at Epinions.  Check it out:

Thanks!

your problem of the phone not auto-updating time is probably coz ur phone
unit does not have that feature. The SE T300 and a bunch of nokias have
that.

I believe it also depends on the area/market that you are in.  Some
areas are not setup for auto time sync.

At one time, that feature was only offered on the portion of TM's
network which was also shared with Cingular. Cingular offers that
across its network.

It's a fair review. I've been Verizon customer for several years and
recently switched to T-Mobile. Verizon still has the best coverage in the
Bay Area, but I'm truly a GSM fan and love my new SE T610.

Choosing T-Mo over Cingular was a no-brainer. In addition to what you said,
T-Mo has better GPRS rates. Interestingly, Cingular CSD also works for T-Mo.
If fact, I was able to dial out to Internet via Cingular CSD numbers,
something I couldn't do via T-Mo's own CSD.

Cheers...
