Some phones allow receiving of long messages by breaking them down into
parts and then assembling once they arrive on the phone.  Is this a network
dependent feature and if so, does TMO support it?

Thanks.

T-Mobile supports it.

As long as your handset supports it, not all handsets will corerctly
handle this type of SMS

I am thinking of getting Nokia 6310i, and it supports message concatenation.
Nokia 6610 also supposed to support it, but when I tried, it did not work
for me, though I did use correct settings.  So I thought it was TMO problem,
but it looks that I was wrong.
