I am thinking of switching to T-mobile soon (from SprintPCS) and would
like to hear any comments/opinions/rants etc about T-mobile. One of my
friends complained that the local calling area is good but LD calls
usually have connection problems.

Also, any suggestions which phone works better as far as the reception
is concerned?

thanks

T-Mobile is certainly better than Sprint in the DFW area no matter how
you look at it. At any rate you'll be very happy with the service. If
your friend is having an issue he should contact CS to get it resolved
they ah ve engineers for that kind of thing. ANytime I've had a
problem they've always been prompt about getting it taken care of.

Stay away from Sony Ericsson phones. They might be feature rich phones
but they have some of the worst RF abilities of any phone I've ever
used. If you don't mind a slightly larger phone the Nokia 3650 is one
of the strongest RF if not THE strongest RF phones out right now.
