Does anyone here know the most recent T610 Firmware version for TMo? I've
seen that there is new firmware out for the phone, but calling SE reveals
that TMo has their own firmware versions.

Thanks.

PS: I think my current firmware is R1S001. I just got the phone, from
Amazon.com.

Unfortunately not.  You usually have to have it done (with fee) by your own
means.  The Howard Forums poster is a well respected dealer with very fast
turnaround time.  You might see his site for further information and rates,
etc. Some people prefer to have their phone flashed with the generic,
non-tmobile specific firmware.

I did some digging and found that you can find the info by doing this
(LEFT=Left Arrow; RIGHT=Right Arrow; * is the * key)

RIGHT * LEFT LEFT * LEFT *

That will get you to the menus where you can check.

You can check your phone's firmware by the following key
sequence(where < means push the joystick to the left; > to the right,
and * means press the * key):

>*<<*<*

This gets you into the 'Service Menu'. Pick 'Service Info' then 'SW
information' to see your phone's firmware. My T610's firmware
(received 26/Dec/03 from t-mobile) is R1S001.
