I hate to say this, but it looks like the techie is right. Oddly, when my
first Treo went south I didn't want to spring for another Treo (T-Mo stopped
offering them, so I would have had to spend about $600+ for an unlocked one
or trust one from eBay) T-Mobile offered me the SDA as "the closest thing to
the Treo." I had the $19.99 full Internet plan then.
I didn't like the SDA, so I switched to a Blackberry, didn't like that, and
ended up getting a Treo 680 at *only* $400 <cough> and dropping the $19.99
plan in favor of the $5.99 because the Treo works fine on the $5.99 plan for
the kind of web access I need, and more important, checking email on the
road.
Really weird that the SDA worked for you for three months... that kind of
shows it has the ability, doesn't it. The T-Mo web site does *not* show it as
a Tzones capable phone though.

I'll have to check out my Samsung E315 to see if it's offline from T-
zones too.

T-Zones is back up and running on my phone again.
Also, the T-mobile configurator DOES include the SDA as a T-Zones phone.
But the config is manual. So I've saved that web page in case tech
support wants to delete my T-Zones. :-)
