Paperless Billing - Useless?

I activated the paperless billing last year, but all it showed online
was the total $ amount of my bill for each month. They don't show
details of incoming and outgoing calls at all. This feature is totally
useless in my opinion. What *genius" designed this feature? Have they
improved on this problem yet?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Just click on the Bill Details tab to see the call info.  That's been
there from the beginning too.

Thanks for replying, but are you sure there is a Bill Details tab when
you choose Paperless billing? I know it wasn't there last year. I even
spoke to the Service Rep who told me that when I choose this option I
won't be able to see the details.

If you go to https://my.t-mobile.com - register if you haven't already for
your online account.  Once you are setup click on billing details - then
click on see minutes used details.  Let us know if this helps.  Good Luck.

I registered again the day you posted your message and yesterday I got
the usual email from T-Mobile:
"You are one simple step from enjoying the freedom of Paperless Billing
from T-Mobile.
We have received your request to activate Paperless Billing. Now all you
have to do is click on the link below to validate the e-mail address you
entered when you registered. ... "
etc.

I also got the same T-Mo Login screen after I clicked on the link, with
the message:

"Thank You For Enrolling In Paperless Billing

No more paper cuts. No more stamps. No more licking envelopes.

Welcome to T-Mobile Paperless Billing. The service should be active on
your account within 1-2 days. You will receive an e-mail confirming your
enrollment once Paperless Billing is active. ..."
etc.

I've been through this three times before, only to see my 30 day period
of email confirmation expire and no paperless billing for me.

Something is really wrong with this sign-up process.
