Neither TM nor HTC seem to want to provide processor info for the
Wing.  One website omitting the info I can understand, but not both
unless there is a problem.  What *is* the processor speed, praytell?
Also, is this device upgradeable to WM6?

It's a 200MHz OMAP processor just like the MDA it replaced.

Not really, because WM6 is already on it!  ;-)

Ok, thanks.  I think my (rather olderly) Palm device has a faster
processor but I'd have to check.  200mhz doesn't sound like much for
running any M$ "OS", however...

Hah, so it has!  I've read so many specs they've all blurred together.

I think, in the final assessment, we're going to Spr*nt and getting
Mogul devices.  The low-vision user (me, truth be told) has decided to
just choke up and get bifocals as the optometrist has been
recommending for a couple of years now...

On www.Howardforums.com there's info and software to overclock the Wing
with reports that it works much faster - at some cost to battery life.
