Not really. T-Mo prepaid accounts are limited to a very small number of
WAP websites T-Mo has preselected, like CNN and ESPN. They don't have
any sort of general web access.
Theoretically, if you connect via BT you could browse those same sites in
your PDA's browser, but that would be rather pointless unless your phone
had no browser, which is unlikely if it has BT and supports GPRS!
In addition, T-Mo has disables CSD (GSM dial-up data connections) on
prepaid accounts so you can't use the phone as a modem to dial your own
ISP either. (Of course, at the whopping 9.6kbps of a CSD connection, you
probably wouldn't be interested anyway!)

Is there email access with the prepaid?? If so, how does the billing on
this work? Is it similar to the "normal" tzones or whatever its called this
week for $5.99?
