Paperless Billing

T-Mo has been offering this service, so I signed up for it on their Web
page over two months ago. When they sent a confirmation email with a Web
link in it I clicked it as requested and I thought that would be the end
of it. Then after some time I got another email reminding me of the
necessity to confirm my Paperless Billing address because they had not
received a confirmation before. That's odd, I thought, but did the
confirmation again.  Then after some time I got another email from them
again, and I confirmed again, but apparently to no avail, because the
next email I got from them informed me that my confirmation period ended
and I would have to sign up for paperless billing all over again if I
still wanted it.

At this point I got really pissed and called up their Customer Service.
The guy on the other end of the phone expressed his regret and thought
maybe something was wrong with the system and urged me to do it all over
again, because it could only be done through their Web interface. Well,
I did it again on May 2nd but according to their Web site my request was
still pending even though I confirmed that 2nd signup again.

Has any of you got this paperless billing without this kind of hassle?
If so, I wonder what I am doing wrong, if anything. I though of the
popup blocker, but I did not see any indication that some popup was
blocked from them by my software.

Wow.  If this is all it takes to piss you off you are going to have a
heart attack at a very young age.  ;-)

Can I sue them then?
BTW, I've just got another of those reminders that starts like this:

A while back you registered for T-Mobile Paperless Billing. We're ready
when you are! To activate this service, simply click on the link below
to validate the e-mail address you entered when you registered.
Don't delay. If you do not confirm your e-mail address within the next 5
days, your enrollment request will expire.
etc.

I just feel stupid to keep clicking on that link and then nothing
happens.  I think it'll be time to give them another voice call but I
hate the waiting on line.  Besides, I've done it once before and am
tired of repeating the same story all over again.
