Up until now I have used a dual SIM cover in a 6210 to switch between
Orange and O2 SIMs. That worked OK always starting on Orange, as
required, on switch-on.
However, now using a ghost SIM holder in a 7210 to switch between a
T-mobile and an Orange SIM. I want it to start up on Orange but no
matter which holders I place the SIMs in it always comes up on
T-mobile ( this is after being switched off overnight.)
Any ideas?

Network selection (if that is what you mean) is set to 'automatic'.
