Thinking of getting a 6610/6610i. Anyone know if you 'select' by pushing
the 4-way nav key in (a la 6230), or via one of the soft keys?

TIA.

The centre of the nav key is not a separate key. You select using the left
hand soft key. You can also have a different shortcut set to each of the 4
directions of the nav key.
