I see o2 have skanked my money out of my account early this month when I
dont usually make a payment until the 13th (Next bill was due jan 13th) Is
there a reason for this or are they ripping me?

Yes, there's a reason. Their billing system is shite.

They sometimes adjust billing periods over Xmas to catch you out on your
inclusive minutes.

Have they taken the debit before sending the bill ?  I think you can
demand money back in that case and try to enforce the direct debit
guarantee via your bank.

I have been with O2 for c10 years on various contract plans (remember
analogue ?)  - but agree that their billing is now awful.

Last summer/Autumn was a billing and payment lottery, and now they have
removed the loyalty bonus and no longer send bills with 'rollover'
information.   The drone on the phone said that they had stopped trying
to do it because they could never get it right !

I want to change supplier.  What's stopping me ?  Well - is anyone else
any better ?
