Has anyone ever used them? I ordered their cover a couple of months ago and
received my policy with a request to send a proof of purchase. I
photocopied the letter and my proof of purchase and sent it back
highlighting the section which requested the proof of purchase. Last post
before Christmas I got a letter thanking me for my cancellation. Does
anyone know that if anything happened to my phone now it wouldn't be
covered (I have paid up the first 3 months as required on line and am still
in that period) and if when I call them in January (offices closed) they
will re-instate my policy?

I use them - Infact had to claim from them - Lost my phone. Got a new
phone from them within a week. Not quite 24/48 hours like their
website suggest, still good though.
