I've occasionally been getting calls from withheld numbers, that I don't
answer, especially one last night at 3am!

This morning, I got a text from a international number: +996502489xxx
Content was "?!"
Any ideas where thats coming from, country/number wise?

TIA,
Ben

There is no code for +99.  However there is one for +996, it's
'Kyrgyzstan' and I have NFI where that is either!   See:-
