The subject says it all. I am looking for a phone (not a smartphone)
that uses SD cards. May as well try to use the same storage format that
my camera uses.
What is available out there? I've done some research but not turned up
much just yet.

Well, the Motorola A925 uses SD, but I suppose you'd class that as a
Smart Phone

Motorola MPX. OTOH availability is mythical.

Ericson P900 and I think the XDAII range does too

Both of these are smartphones, which the OP did not want. And The P900
doesn't use SD, it uses Memory Stick Duo.
