I know I can now can check how many minutes I have left via the O2 web
site (I always forget to reset the Call Timers), but does anyone know
how often this is updated - how accurate those figures are?

It seems to vary from 24 hours to 72 hours on mine but if you go into your
call details you can see the last call made which will give you a rough idea
when it was updated.
