O2 website - view my bill

Has anyone managed to get the "view my bill" function to work? I
haven't blocked popups but simply get a screen with options for:

Buy Online
My Profile
Online Help
Get into O2 Active

I've even added the URL to my Internet Explorer's list of safe sites,
in case anything was being blocked, but to no avail.

I'd guess yours is not an online contract.  I have both types, and the non
online account leads me to the same page as you.

Try registering here to view your bill, and other details like recent
calls, on such an account.

I'm able to access O2's View My Bill service, but it's slow and very
awkward to use.

I suspect your online account hasn't (yet) been activated.  Should you
be able to access your O2 bill details online?  Not all O2 customers
should.

Time to contact O2's "customer support:" http://www.o2.co.uk/help.  Have
fun!

I've got to disagree, their customer service has improved leaps and bounds,
but yes sometimes it's lacking in the important areas.

The view my bill function works fine for me, could be your computer?
Activex/java settings, blah de blah?
