I have placed an order for a contract phone on o2.co.uk. It said in the help
page that I can track the order in the "My O2" section. Unfortunately I
can't see anything relating to tracking orders in the My O2 section - any
ideas how I can track my order?

After entering your username and password in login section, click on
'View my Bill'

On that page you will see a section saying 'My Order'

I'd advise cancelling your order now. this is just the beginning of
your troubles with O2, it is all downhill from there.

i have been with them for three weeks (one week too long,
unfortunately), and it is impossible to get through if they have a
problem, and they are hostile when you do get through. get out now
while you have a chance.

It's funny how people's experiences differ.
I've been with o2 for 4 years and have never had a problem.  They've
always been polite & helpful whenever I've had to to call.

You'll always have occasional problems with any service provider.  Just
human nature I suppose.
