There's good coverage in Bridgnorth town itself (both hightown and
lowtown) and coverage is okay-to-patchy in some of the larger outlying
villages such as Highley and Alveley. The Bridgnorth-Telford road and
Telford itself is also well covered, although this drops significantly
to almost zero coverage as you approach Ironbridge George.

However outside the larger villages there is essentially no T-Mobile
coverage, especially on the Welsh (west) side of the river. It does
get better as you head east towards the West Midlands conurbation.

I would NOT recommend T-mobile for "out and about" use around
Bridgnorth district.

If you're intending to drive about or walk about throughout Bridgnorth
District, Severn Valley, Ironbridge George and Wyre Forest area, I'd
strongly recommend O2 as the best coverage, with Voda a very close
second, and Orange catching up quickly.

The Bridgnorth area is very hilly, full of deep valleys, so you will
always find some areas not covered, but on O2/Voda this is generally
not for more than a few hundred metres. The Oldbury area of Bridgnorth
heading out on the Highley road is particularly difficult to cover.

As you head west towards mid-south Shropshire towards Church Stretton
you will find almost no coverage on any network at all. This picks up
again on the O2 and Vodafone networks when you get towards Ludlow or
Shrewsbury. CB and PMR radio use is common in these areas for mobile
wireless communication.
