o2 online PAYG texts problem

Hi all,
I just opened and topped up my new o2 online sim 4 days ago.
I got my free credit and my first top up of £10 is credited to my
account.
The problem is i am not getting my free texts as i should be....anyone
else having same probs?

Check to see if you are on the 300 text option,and not the 100
inclusive minutes!

Should still get free SMS as it is a combination of 100min/text

still getting charged for calls too..would need to speak to o2 about
now.
