Multimedia settings for Samsung E350 on o2

Can anyone advise on the correct Multimedia settings for a
Samsung E350 on o2 network please? My daughter has this phone but
can't send or receive MMS messages.

Thanks, but I guess you haven't actually checked for the E350?
