It's not going to be the Oxford English Dictionary definition of
unlimited, but it will be generous enough to feel like unlimited to
99.9% of users :-)

Apparently not if the The Register's article Paul G mentioned
<http://www.theregister.co.uk/2006/07/31/orange_tariff_changes/> is
correct.
These are relatively high-price tariffs. And how much texting,
chatting, and surfing can one person do? Presumably the small print
will prevent customers from using a Dolphin account to offer a web-based
SMS services, for example.
