Final Orange bill

Just received my final bill and I'm £1.55 in credit.

As I use to pay Orange by cheque, what would be the best way of
claiming back my £1.55 as they don't deserve a penny more of my money?

Must be these new fangeled statements, but I see no mention of PAC
charges.

Thanks,

Sam.

I paid by Direct Debit, and at the next billing date following
disconnection, I received a cheque for the outstanding amount.  Didn't
have to do anything, just sent to me automatically.

When O2 overcharge they repay by BGC.  Happened several times now...

I have just received a statement from them, 1 month after being disconnected
telling me I have a balance of £30. I called customer service just now and
the girl at the Indian call centre told me that as I changed the sim to pay
as you go after the contract ended the £30 would be added to my PAYG
balance. Would this be correct? As I only changed it to PAYG to enable me to
put a voicemail message with my new number on it I don't intend using that
number for calls again and would prefer to get the cash back or at the very
least pay the cash into my other Orange account.

BTW, whatever happened to the North east England call centres, I could
understand them, they could understand me and the sorted out problems first
time. Now you go round and round in circles!!!

They do not make a charge for a PAC.

On the old VAT invoices I'm sure they use to mention MNP PAC (Debit)?

This is the period of time from the end of your service (port-date) to
your 30-day notice period. It is not a charge for the PAC.

I know, however it's not listed on the statement I received, just the
credit. Porting was completed for all numbers on the account between
days 25 and 27.

Just wondering if O changed the system when they started issuing
statements?
