Looking at O2 online and it seems so complicated. These are the items on
the menu on the LHand side:
My Bill
   My Bill
   Bill Summary
       Mobile Summary
   Bill Details
       Mobile Details
   Handsets & Accessories
   VAT Summary
Unbilled Usage
   Unbilled Summary
       Mobile Summary
   Unbilled Details
       Mobile Details

Can anyone tell me where I click just to find out how many minutes/texts
are remaining for my current billing period. I don't really want to have
to phone CS everytime although logging on isn't that much easier!
Thanks very much.

Click on "Unbilled summary," then click the "Inclusive Allowance
Details" at the top of the following page, and select your number form a
drop-down list that appears.

Easy!?

Unfortunately O2's online billing is usually a few days behind, and it
doesn't understand the tariff I'm on so I get useless information
anyway.

You'll need to phone CS, cos the information on the website is bo11ocks.

Maybe use your phones call duration log (most phones have it) and simply
reset the timer(s) at every billing date duration.

It's not always bang on but, you get a good idea of call duration.
