Do any of the high street shops such as the Orange or O2 shops sell screen
protectors for PDA phones?

Not that I've ever seen. Got one off eBay for my M600, came in a pack
of two and seem top quality.

For my SPV M500, M600, M3100, I've always bought Martin Fields screen
protectors from ebay - not cheap, but worth every penny IMO.
