Hi guys :)

I've got a Sony Ericsson K750i and I'm contemplating selling it to a friend
of mine - in Norway.  Now, the phone has an option to change the language
according to the SIM, so I am assuming that it would then pickup Norwegian
language somehow?

Or is that wishful thinking? :)

How would I go about making it Norway friendly?  I mean, my friend speaks
very good English, but it'd be nicer if they could have it all in their
native language and everything.

It's an open phone - I bought it on PAYG from Carphone Warehouse and
specifically requested it not be branded or locked to any network or
anything like that :)

And now for the really ditsy question - is it ok to use the phone charger
through a Travel Adapter?

Thanks in advance guys.

Nope.

Yep, very.  :-)

Providing the language pack is available that contains Norwegian, you would
have to get the handset flashed.

Shouldn't be a problem.

Ah ha :)  I shall start investigating my end then, and get him to do the
same (which I imagine would be the more viable of the two, heh)

Thanks very much for your reply :)

If Norwegian is listed in the phones language then it will, if not it
will use English.

If it has Norwegian you're laughing. If it doesn't then it's a fair bit
of hassle trying to reflash it.

Yes.

Of course, it doesn't :)  Has some other languages I've never heard of
before, mind :P  So investigating the possibility of reflashing it..
