Anyone experiencing problems with vodafone today, no sms and cannot
receive any calls, cant get through to cs

No problems in Derby. Could be a local problem.

Although not being able to get through to CS (on any network) is a global
one..!

Fibre cable theft in Newcastle-U-Tyne. Apparently knocked out most of
North Wales and Cheshire according to local news item on Teletext.

Supposed to be fixed but I'm still having problems.

Now that is an act of terrorism, but you can be sure the offenders won't be
charged with that
so will be encouraged to do it again

Hi,

I work for Vodafone and we're currently investigating a network outage
which may affect several areas of the United Kingdom at present,
including GSM, SMS and 3G services. Potentially impacted areas include:
East, East Midlands, North West, South East, West Midlands, Wales also
all London boroughs.

Vodafone are looking into this at present and a fault reference number
has been raised: 536323049 should anyone wish to query this further.

If you're having problems getting through to 191 then it's always
possible to contact Vodafone Customer Services by email, going to
www.vodafone.co.uk, selecting 'contact us' then 'email'.
