Cellular Phone Forum / Country Specific / UK Group / October 2006N70 question but not about unlocking
Friend has a N70, they don't like it so they have lent it to me. It is unlocked but has O2 firmware. I have put my 2G O2 contract SIM. I can not send SMS or receive MMS. I don't think it sends MMS either. Yet when I put in my Easymobile SIM in I can send SMS. Any clues about these phones and settings that might help me work this problem out ? Have you sent/received MMS using that SIM before? If yes then the phone is not configured correctly.
