SMS Gateway (or simulator) with CIMD functionality needed

Hello,

Does anybody know of a SMS Gateway simulator with CIMD2 protocol
support or a provider who is able to grant access to a CIMD2 test
system of some kind.

We are developing a CIMD2 client component and badly need the server
side for testing.

Check with Nokia Developer Program, i think they got some sort of test
gateway facility.
