Hi,
After several years of good services from O2 (apart from no MMS/GPRS on old
tarrifis) they have today informed my wife and I they are withdrawing the 20
loyalty reward. My wife on the Net 50 tarrif does not even get the 20% off
calls as I do on the old ALL TIME 75 tarrif. We have both upgraded to T68i
and V200 in the last couple of months and O2 will allow us to leave our
current contract before the 12 months as they have changed the terms of the
tarrifs. As the 'Loyalty reward' is being withdrawn then I will look
elsewhere.
ORANGE
I called Orange 'I would like to become an Orange customer what can you do',
'Well sir you can get a Talk 60 plan which will be 19 per month what handset
do you want?'
'I allready have a handset I want you to provide the service'
'sorry sir we must give you a new handset'
'I would like a lower monthly tarrif but no handset'
'sorry sir we can not do that, but we could give you a PAYG SIM card'
VODAPHONE
Do not give a telephone number on their website for new customers to ring
T Mobile
Offices are closed at 8:45 pm.
Would any service provider be interested in some business ?

Were you still allowed to keep the handsets even though you were still
within the 12m contract period or did you already have these prior to the
current contract?
