What I've experienced is that when i download the calls into excel, I
see (usually) the previous months calls - if I then close that
spreadsheet (but not excel) below it are the calls for the present
month - I've no idea why the download behaves like this.

There was a problem with some calls made from 3G handsets not being
billed properly since July and they have just found the missing call
records. Their customer services should be able to give you more
accurate information about it. As far as I know only certain parts of
London were affected.
