Sony Ericsson will probably refer you to their authorised repair centre
Kuene & Nagal in Banbury, Oxon. In reality though i would not bother as
they are totally useless and you're likely to never see your phone
again, either that or be kept on hold for half your life time trying to
find out what is going on with your repair. Shocking that S/E have no
better solution to repairs.
