Anyone had a go at this? Can it still be done?

I've just had my first tranch of cashback refused as I can't find the till
receipt. I'm not sure I ever had a till receipt, having bought online, but
there you go...

Anyway, I'm prepared to take it on the chin, but if there's a way out NOW,
I'd be a fool not to take it.

The contract was started in May.

Unless they failed to notify you of the change?

What are 07744 & 07755 numbers anyway? I certainly don't recall being
told that these were changing to no longer being covered by inclusive
minutes.

I think it was in July bill they sent out notification that these
numbers were no longer valid for "free minute" usage.

Andy - if you still have the bills, it might be an idea to look at
them. It definately was on mine (and I was suitably miffed as I used
to use them!)
