Unfortunately I read some of the advices too late. I just had a bad
experience with phoneboxdirect.com
One should not buy from PhoneboxDirect (Mobile Media Systems Ltd)! They
are cheating their customers.
I sent them a full and valid cashback claim by recorded mail. The
invoice date was 27/6. It was signed/received by them on 4/7. They send
me a letter (dated 18/6, arrived 20/7) stating that the second page of
the bill is missing (it wasn’t). I asked T-mobile to send me a copy of
the bill (for £2.50). They advised me that it would take 7 working days
to be produced. PhoneboxDirect said they will wait only until 27/7 for
it, obviously invalidating my claim and any future claims. :(
