If not is it easy to unlock? i dont have access to a non o/2 sim but someone just pointed out T-mobile offer a £12.50 unlimited GPRS package which seems superb. compared to how much im paying on o2! Check out www.xda-developers.com They even know how to unlock the tytn (wizard upgrade),so I'm fairly sure you should be able to unlock your mini xda (aka wizard) for free.
