Hi

I bought a mobile contract via e2save a few months ago. I need to send
them the 4th bill to claim the 1st cashback cheque. Apparently I can
send them an online bill as well. However on the CPW website I can
generate the bill but he bill does not contain my name & address. It
does show the mobile account no and phone no. Has anyone had similar
online billing issues ?

I'm sure the cashback claim will be rejected without the name and
address.

Any help appreciated.

If you go in to the account details there should be a button for a printable
version. I've always printed this off and sent it along with my cashback
voucher. Never had a problem

Gareth

I've tried it and yes it does print most of the details ie account no
, mobile no and list of calls, but not the name & address.

1. Does your "printable bill" show your name & address

2. Did you purchase from e2save and have they accepted the CPW bill
without the name & address ?

I think they've recently updated the online billing system. The bill now
shows my address, direct debit information and all the calls made.

I purchased from e2save ans onestopphoneshop, both of them accepted the
online bill, which only showed, my call data, the tariff i was connected to,
my phonenumber and account number.

Think thats all they are interested in.
