Hi,

I'm sorry if this might sound like a dumb question but can you install
any software on a Nokia Communicator or does it have to be specialised
software such as the applications you can install on a Palm PDA etc.?

I am looking to install a small PC application but wondered if it can
actually be installed on a Communicator as well as my PC.

Thanks

Anders

You can only install applications which were written for that operating
system. The communicator was Symbian EPOC if I remember correctly.

Thanks for the reply.  To be honest I thought you couldn't.  A
colleague was certain that you would be able to so at least I can prove
that I was right for a change ;-)

Thanks again,

Anders

I think you should line up a bet with your colleague, invite him to
install a PC app on your communicator and when he fails you take the
spoils!
