Orange stopped me notifying me of new voicemail messages

Last week my Nokia N80 was in so bad condition I had to reformat it. I
backed it up before doing it, and restored it after reformatting.
Everything seems fine but one thing: when I have new messages in my
Orange voicemail, I don't get any kind of notification any more: no
SMSs, no voicemail icon on the standby screen, nothing. I am not sure
that the events are related. Any hint? Thank you in advance,

Ring Orange & ask them to re-send the settings? SIM Update required?

Phone customer services and report that your symbol is stuck. There is a
special support tool available which allows them to re-set your spool
and it will then work normally again.
