Anyone in the know care to share with me WTF was up with Vodafone today?

Most of the users I look after were getting 'strangers' regardless of
which numbers they called and so were some of our other staff and suppliers.

Sorry to hear you've been having difficulties. Working for Vodafone
we've got no widespread reports of crossed lines as of this morning,
however customer services would be able to look into this further for
you. I'd recommend going to www.vodafone.co.uk, selecting 'contact us'
then 'email', including the short code FIT135 in the body of your mail.
If you could also include the following details:

- Name
- Mobile number(s)
- Alternative contact number
- Description of the problem
- Time and date the fault occurred
- Permanent or intermittent
- Record of calling numbers (and receiving numbers, if possible)
- Make and Model of mobile(s)
- Location including post code

Vodafone's email department would then be able to take this up with
their technical department for you.

Some of my users were still getting crossed lines this morning. If this
continues, I'll be having words with our Biz. Account Manager.

And what is the most s/he will do - apologise and move on. I'd make a
coffee and be thankful that tomorrow might just be your day off work.
