If I want a PDA style phone with GPS built in, what's my options now
and in the future? Any idea? I suppose I could get a bluetooth GPS,
which may be a better solution. Also looking for a cheap 3G contract
for internet access, possibly voip access too.

Thanks

There's a Mio available, also a Motorola (but it runs on Linux so you
can only read Word/Excel, not change it).
I'm getting the htc p3600 aka htc trinity aka spv m700 soon, whch,
while not currently supporting built in gps, may well have a software
upgrade next year enabling this (see www.modaco.com).
