Is there anywhere I can see the details (call charges, inclusive minutes etc.)
for an old O2 tarriff (NET 100) please? I've looked on the O2 site, naturally,
but can only find details of currently available tarriffs.

These are the details IIRC........ (From memory mind you!)

£18/month
100 mins to landlines and o2 phones

15p/min Peak, 5p/min off Peak, 2p/min Weekends to Landlines
15p/min Peak, 5p/min Off Peak and weekends to o2 phones
50p/min Peak, 30p/min Off Peak to other networks

No rollover

Std rates for Voicemail, 0844, 0845 and 0870 and were all inclusive.
12p per text. No MMS on this tariff.

Just to add Wap calls are also inclusive, as are 0800 and charged at
standard outside of inclusive.
