Is Line Advance there are two options which work out at £10 or £12.50p for
75 / 200 anytime minutes and I think there are off peak options of 200 / 600
at the same price.  Only available to existing Line Advance customers
though.

Line advance I presume is where someone agrees to extend their contract
continuing with the same phone?

No it is paying a year up front.  This year they agreed to lop off £75 if I
didn't want a new phone so really only £6.25ppcm!

When it started it was cheaper - well under a fiver for the first two to
three years or so.
