I assume that the phone you have is locked to Virgin Mobile? In which case
once you have put 30 quids worth of credit on the phone you can phone up
customer services and get the unlock code for free. If you bought the phone
from the Virgin web site, the included £35 credit means that you do not have
to add any more.
